Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

### 1. Order Processing & Acceptance

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are considered accepted once they’ve been packed and shipped. If there are any issues with stock or payment, we’ll reach out to you directly.

### 2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Chattanooga, TN. Standard orders typically ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated during peak seasons or sales. Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delays are unfortunately out of our control—but we’re always happy to help if something seems off.

Please triple-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

### 3. Cancellations & Changes

### 4. Returns & Refunds

We’re always happy to help with issues due to damage or defects—just reach out with photos and your order number.

### 5. Product Availability

Our scents are small-batch and seasonal. We do our best to keep everything in stock, but quantities are limited and restocks are not guaranteed. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll reach out with options or a full refund.

### 6. Discount Codes

Promos and discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively. Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise noted.

### 7. Limitation of Liability

We take candle safety seriously. Please follow the [burning and safety guidelines](https://www.fmncandlecompany.com/pages/tips-safety) included with your order and on our website. Forget Me Not Candle Co. is not liable for damage caused by misuse of our products.
